NEW YORK — U.S. stocks are rising following a three-day lull.
The S&P 500 was 0.6% higher early today. It’s on track for its first gain since setting an all-time high last week.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average was up 257 points, and the Nasdaq composite was up 0.3%.
Shares of Trump Media & Technology Group continued their wild ride. The owner of the money-losing Truth Social platform founded by former president Donald Trump rose another 18%.
Treasury yields held steady.
The week’s highlight for the bond market arrives Friday, when the government releases the latest update on spending by U.S. consumers.
