A local credit union has launched a new grant program for area nonprofits.

Dupaco Community Credit Union recently launched its Gift of Innovation grant program in partnership with The Innovation Lab, according to a news release. The program will award free innovation sessions centered around bolstering nonprofits’ growth and development.

All sessions will be customized to the grant recipient’s needs, the release states, and could range anywhere from a half-day session with Innovation Lab staff to a full year of capacity-building services.

“We tailor the session to the needs of the nonprofit,” Innovation Lab Director Eric Dregne said in the release. “At a minimum, grant recipients can expect to walk away with two to three highly actionable strategies to boost their operations and capacity.”
