LEUVEN, Belgium — Anheuser Busch Inbev SA today reported fourth-quarter net income of $1.96 billion.

The company said it had net income of 98 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring gains, came to 90 cents per share.

The brewer posted revenue of $14.2 billion in the period.

For the year, the company reported profit of $4.67 billion, or $2.33 per share. Revenue was reported as $54.3 billion.

Anheuser-Busch Inbev shares have climbed slightly since the beginning of the year. The stock has dropped 6.5% in the past 12 months.
