Cottingham & Butler is opening a new office in the Des Moines area.

The office, opening in April, will be the Dubuque-based firm’s fourth location in Iowa.

“Establishing our office hub here allows us to better serve our clients in central and western Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, and Kansas,” Nicole Pfeiffer, senior vice president of employee benefits, said in a company press release.

There is room for 55 staff members at the new office, located at 2829 Westown Parkway, Suite 105, in West Des Moines.

“Our Des Moines office marks another milestone in Cottingham & Butler’s rapid growth, expanding our reach and strengthening our ability to serve clients,” Ryan Butler, senior vice president of risk management, said in the release. “As we continue to build upon our 138-year history, we remain committed to delivering top-tier insurance solutions to clients while providing future team members with excellent career growth opportunities in the great city of Des Moines.”
