DICKEYVILLE, Wis. — A new senior-living community in Dickeyville is slated to open for occupancy on May 1.

Midwest Community Development, of Cuba City, is overseeing the construction of a planned 16-unit development, known as Loras Estates, at 608 Pine St.

A message from the developer shared by Potosi-Tennyson Area Chamber of Commerce states, in part, that “construction of the project is on schedule, and we are anticipating apartments to be ready for move-ins starting on May 1st.”
