A popular noodle restaurant is opening in Dubuque next week.

Noodles & Company will open Wednesday, Dec. 20, at 800 Wacker Drive, the former Caribou Coffee location. The restaurant’s menu includes a variety of pasta options.

The Dubuque location of the national chain will offer dine-in, delivery and pick-up service. In addition to pasta, the restaurant also serves various appetizers, salads and desserts.

Noodles & Company typically employs 25 to 30 people at its locations and plans to do so for the Dubuque one as well, according to a company spokesperson.

Several local positions are still open, according to online job postings.

The restaurant will be open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week, according to the company’s website, and the store can be contacted at 563-207-4716. A complete menu can be found online at noodles.com.
