The parent company of a Dubuque manufacturer is opening a technology office designed to continue the introduction of advanced technological solutions — including automation and autonomy — to the agriculture industry.
Deere & Co. will base its technology hub in Austin, Texas, according to a press release.
“A presence in Austin allows us to access and recruit from a robust and diverse technical talent pool, supplemented by the region’s university ecosystem and startup community,” said Andrez Carberry, Deere’s director of global HR operations, in the release.
