FOREST CITY, Iowa — Winnebago Industries Inc. today reported fiscal fourth-quarter profit of $84.1 million.
On a per-share basis, the company said it had net income of $2.45. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, came to $2.57 per share.
The results exceeded Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of six analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of $1.98 per share.
The recreational vehicle maker posted revenue of $1.04 billion in the period, which also beat Street forecasts. Six analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $936.3 million.
For the year, the company reported profit of $281.9 million, or $8.28 per share. Revenue was reported as $3.63 billion.
